6- Quit smoking forever. Constant smoking weakens its lining arteries. This increases the risk of fat deposits in the arteries. Likewise consume less alcohol. It will be better for you if you leave.

7- Get at least 7 hours of sleep every night, 8 hours of sleep is better. Go to bed early and get up early. Bedtime is ideal from 10pm to 6am. This will allow the body to rest better in the night cycle. The heart will also find complete rest.
8- All types of food can be eaten, but within limits. Eat 20 percent less than you are hungry. Have a digital weighing machine at home. Check the weight every morning. If you are overweight than yesterday, maintain it today by eating or exercising.

9- If you are not getting time to walk or exercise, you can burn calories in another way. Do light exercise during the routine. For example, if you are making tea, do light weight exercise in 4-5 minutes at a time.
